Diana & Darling, both trained in the counseling fields as well as in the trauma and psychosomatic world, have a passion for helping others heal through personal and collective liberation. Having gone through their own healing journey’s, they’ve made it their mission to help guide others through their shadow work journey.

Trauma, in its many forms, can leave profound marks on our hearts, minds, and bodies. It can change the way we see the world, ourselves, and others. Healing from trauma is not a linear process, nor is it quick. There may be days when you feel you’ve taken ten steps forward, only to find yourself taking five steps back. This ebb and flow is a natural part of healing. It’s important to remember that progress, no matter how small it may seem, is still progress.
